The patio itself has the same Italian tile that the house has and it has a nice big firepit (with a gas starter) and a new Weber Spirit propane BBQ. There is also a flagstone patio with another sitting area in the sunshine, it is wonderful on those days you want to just enjoy the sun the flowers and the quiet.... except for the birds and the squirrels. The yard is surrounded by Oak trees and offers a Wonderful 'ZEN' like setting. Another lovely spot!! In the very back of the yard by the fig tree there is a new Pergola with more seating. It truly is a little slice of heaven. These words are how most of my guests have described the yard and most say they don't want to leave even for dinner as they want to spend time in the garden and patio. Lots of flowers beautify the back yard. The patio and garden area is surrounded by little white mini lights in the evening for a magical feel. Evening times you can hear the sound of crickets from the nearby Sonoma Creek that will lull you to sleep. This cottage is for people who are accustomed to the very best!!
