Trellis is a building in the Gaslamp Quarter that was built in 2005. It is made up of two buildings that are amalgamated by a lobby and there is also an outdoor terrace that separates both buildings. There are 149 units with the east and west towers being 11-stories and 8-stories respectively. They are both built with quality concrete, steel, and glass.
The units here range from studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, taking up 450 to 1000 square feet of space.
