Element San Diego
550 15th Street, San Diego, CA 92101
A combination of residential units and 10,000 square feet of retail space, Element is an 8-story building in East Village made from concrete. It is made up of 65 condos and was developed in the year 2006 by Centex Homes.
The building’s fitness center and courtyard are the only amenities available, and there is also secured underground parking. Residents are charged $400 to $500 a month in HOA fees, which is relatively affordable considering the area Element is in. Added to that, purchasing a unit here is a good investment.
Maple cabinets, walk-in closets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make up some of the residential features in the condos. Expect a balcony or private deck in each unit, offering great views of the surrounding area.
The Element building is close to the San Diego Charger Stadium, which although now owned by San Diego State University, is still sure to attract many sports fans. Element in East Village truly is a prime location, with Petco Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, 5-star rated restaurants, and grocery stores in the vicinity.
