Coronado Shores is a condo complex featuring 10 buildings named Callibro, La Sierra, Las Palmas, La Flores, El Camino, La Playa, La Perla, El Encanto, El Mirador and La Princesa. All of the buildings in the Coronado Shores condominium complex were built in the 60s and 70s and are 15-stories tall. This unique condo community gives residents access to incredible views of Point Loma, the Pacific Ocean, Glorietta Bay, the San Diego Bay, Hotel Del Coronado, and the downtown San Diego skyline.
Each of the ten buildings are incorporated and therefore have their own Homeowner’s Association. The HOA dues at each condo building are approximately $500 per month. Amenities at Coronado Shores include a health club, a beach club, three heated pools and one unheated pool, a sauna, spas, eight tennis courts, parking, a doorman and access to the Roeder Pavillion where one can easily book a venue for hosting events.
